Return / Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you enjoy the product you purchased. We will allow you to refund any product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in like new condition, and all original packaging must be retained. In order to keep our prices low, the original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. You are also responsible for shipping the unit back to us as well. On same-item exchanges, we pay for shipping the new item back to you.
If you received your item with a "Free Shipping" offer, your return will be subject to a restocking fee of actual shipping charges, plus $3.50. In lieu of taking the restocking fee, you may choose to accept an in-store credit for the full amouint of the product to be used towards a future purchase.
If any of the original packing is missing, the product is not in like new condition, or an RA# is failed to be received, a refund will not be given. We will send the item back to you via 'Return to Sender'.
Consumable products (like lipstick, creams, gels, batteries or anything that can be consumed), and gift baskets are NOT returnable once they are opened. Sorry, no refunds will be given.
Halloween costumes are non-refundable once they are opened. Halloween items are only allowed to be exchanged for the same item if they are defective.
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
- CD's, DVD's, Computer Software, Videos and Printed Materials
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics
